Bill Maher approves killing of more than 15,000 children in Gaza

After all, he said, a war is a war, and it was all started by Hamas. “Hamas has openly said they want to commit genocide against the Jewish people,” he said. “That’s what ‘from the river to the sea’ means.” Maher is wrong, and I’m sure he knows it. The “from the river to the sea” slogan was invented by Zionists before the creation of Israel as part of their support for the creation of what is now called Greater Israel. The Palestinians then came up with the slogan to support a one-state solution. A one-state solution does not mean the extermination of the Jewish people. Whatever one may think of a one-state solution (and many believe it is simply unrealistic), the slogan does not mean the extermination of the Jewish people. After all, Jews and Arabs have lived side by side in what is today Israel for 2,000 years. Maher should have done some homework before he spouted genocide and justified the collateral damage of 40,000 innocent people.
