Imagine exploring the most fascinating destinations on Earth from the comfort and luxury of a private yacht. Exploring the world on a yacht offers endless possibilities – from secluded beaches and hidden coves to vibrant coastal cities. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or both, sailing on a yacht allows you to experience the world like never before, with the freedom to chart your own course.
Why do I love yachts? Yachts are like floating villas – and they’re addictive.
Once you’ve set sail on a yacht, you’ll want to do it again. Luxury yachts offer exceptional service, with a team of highly trained professionals dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for the most discerning guests. From meticulously prepared meals to personalized excursions, the yacht staff is dedicated to providing impeccable service throughout the charter.
The yacht will take you to as many places as you like on your schedule and provide you with suggestions based on your customized itinerary. Best of all, you will see amazing and unique sights while only having to unpack your bags once. We take into account your favorite pastimes, meals and snacks, as well as your interests in history, destinations and pace.
Private dinners, exclusive excursions, leisurely lunches poolside in a unique seaside paradise and fun with exciting water toys are the best ways to build connections and bonds.
The magic number is 12 people. Any more than that and you enter the world of superyachts, which are extremely rare; there are only about 10 available for charter in the world. And they have regulations for larger boats, which for some people can take away from the experience.
Of course, you can also meet the Captain and crew via Zoom ahead of time to ensure they are a good fit for your group or family as well. The crew’s service is as critical to creating an extraordinary adventure as the boat, so reviewing and coordinating the crew is essential to our planning services.
So gather a group of friends and sail out to Greece’s beautiful blue seas to see sights that are rarely visited by tourists.
We will guide you through the process with the help of your yacht broker to find the perfect vessel. We will then consult with you to plan your itinerary, menu planning and experiences to make your vacation the trip of a lifetime.
Explore the World by Yacht: Aegean and Ionian Seas
Greece is bordered by the Aegean Sea to the east, with Turkey on the other side, and the Ionian Sea to the west, facing Italy across the sea. Both seas belong to the Mediterranean Sea, but there are significant differences between them.
The Aegean Sea is larger than the Ionian Sea, with an area of about 214,000 square kilometers, and is deeper, with an average depth of 324 meters, while the Ionian Sea has an area of about 35,000 square kilometers and an average depth of 240 meters.
The Aegean Sea has an arid climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters, while the Ionian Sea has a mild climate with mild, wet winters and hot, dry summers. As a result, the Aegean Sea is rich in marine life, including species such as dolphins, whales and turtles.
The Aegean Sea is dotted with islands, including some of the most famous Greek islands, such as Santorini, Mykonos and Rhodes. As the lower Cyclades are about 8 hours sailing from Athens, for clients who want to spend more time in Mykonos and Santorini, we recommend that they fly to Mykonos, board the yacht, and disembark in Santorini (about 10 hours sailing from Athens).
If sailing on a yacht in late July and August, work with your yacht captain to plan an alternate itinerary so that you can adjust if the weather is rough. Most Greek captains are very flexible as they are used to dealing with unpredictable weather and can usually predict the weather a few days ahead.
The Ionian Sea is less crowded with tourists, and the end of July and August are ideal for traveling. There are no strong winds and rough seas, and you can visit beautiful islands such as Kalamata and Corfu.
