Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Austin Capital Partners announced today that Turnbridge Equities has become the joint development partner for Four Seasons Private Residences at Lake Austin. The transaction was arranged by Doug Opalka of JLL and Jason Parker of Cobalt Equities. Turnbridge’s significant investment enables the project to begin construction this fall on schedule, with an expected opening in late 2027.
