Margaritaville is expanding into Panama with the launch of a resort and condominium project, the first development under the Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences concept.
Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol is located in the Chame district of Playa Caracol and is expected to open in mid-2027, approximately 10 km from Panama City. 70 minutes drive.
The property will have 80 cabins, 181 high-rise accommodation and 261 residences.
Amenities include Margaritaville restaurant concepts such as 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar and License to Chill Bar & Grill as well as a beach club. Guests and residents can enjoy a nearby racquet club offering tennis and pickleball.
Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol will join Margaritaville’s global portfolio of more than 40 accommodation options, including hotels, resorts, branded properties, RV destinations and casinos.
