Why does early leaving school happen?

While it is uncommon to advance your cruise ship departure time, it can happen for a number of reasons.

In addition to adjusting to other port traffic, inclement weather or safety issues may also cause departure times to be moved up. Passengers are notified of these changes as far in advance as possible, but sometimes decisions are not made until the last minute.

Early departures may also occur at ports of call, but this is usually due to inclement weather preventing the cruise ship from safely docking or continuing tender operations.

That’s what happened to two Royal Caribbean ships, the Freedom of the Seas and the Oasis of the Seas, earlier this year. Tourists recalled due to strong winds at Coco Island The island is scheduled to be closed in the afternoon.
